No two tigers have exactly the same pattern of stripes.



Tigers live alone,except for mothers and their young.



A male and female tiger come together to mate, and then go their separate ways.



Tigers have a lifespan of 10–15 years in the wild, but can live longer than 20 years in captivity.



They are highly adaptable and range from the Siberian taiga to open grasslands and tropical mangrove swamps.



Royal Bengal tiger, is a tiger subspecies native to India.
